AFX raids 2 to 3 times a week on a flexible raid schedule. We do signups for the week ahead and choose the 2 or 3 days that are most suitable i.e where 10 have signed up.... (Never Friday or Saturday). Are you ok with this?

Why have you Geared/Gemmed/Enchanted in a particular way? Explain?
With WOD it seems that STR is shadowing every other stat followed with crit for arms. So the default option would be higher ilvl item with crit, as much as possible.
We raid 10 man's only and offspecing/alts is extremely desirable to us? What is your offspec and is it well geared? Do you have any Alts?
My tanking gear is so-so (I tank from time to time for friends if in the mood)
Also I have level 100 priest (disc,holy) and level 100 druid (undecided) and several other lvl96's for crafting. Currently slowly getting gear for priest, since healing is something I too enjoy (been a healer for 4+ years in raids) and WOD healing feels a bit different from WOTK, where I last healed in raids.

I've been raiding in this game since vanilla till Cata, skipped MOP raiding completely, apart LFR's and some random flexes.
For WOD I have killed 6 bosses in normal and that's unfortunately it.

I have been playing this game since US beta I think, and raiding hardcore since the end of vanilla till first few months of cata.
When raiding the first goal is always to improve yourself - currently trying to get over this button smashing phase and trying to put skills I use into more logical sequences.
Not very good in these kind of things via online, come and drink few beers with me!
