Ehm they got screwed over by a surgery. So not it's not really funny.

ive seen this a long time ago.. think he laughs his ass off cause of the dudes weird voice, and it gets worse if you look at the whole vid cause when he ask the ppl in the public there is one guy that has the oposite voice, Really really dark..:P

ye both people had an accident in surgery :p its from an old belgian TV-show, guy lost his job
