The release dates for each region are as follows:

Tuesday 25th October 2011 USA, Canada, Singapore
Thursday 27th October 2011 Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand
Friday 28th October 2011 UK, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Belgium

Here is a breakdown of when we will be setting up our servers in each of our locations by default:

17:01 BST (12:01 EDT and 09:01 PDT) Monday 24th October 2011
(We are allowed to setup from this time on the 24th)
Cananda: Toronto
US: Atlanta, Georgia, Chicago, Illinois, Herndon, Virginia, Los Angeles, California, New York, New York, San Antonio, Texas, Seattle, Washington, St. Louis, Missouri

23:00 BST / Midnight CEST Wednesday 27th October 2011 (Wednesday night / Thursday Morning)
Netherlands: Amsterdam
Germany: Frankfurt
France: Paris
Russia: Moscow
Sweden: Hudiksvall
Australia: Sydney

12 Midnight BST Friday 28th October 2011 (Thursday night / Friday Morning)
UK: London
Italy: Milan

We will be setting up servers in each location based on this timetable, however if you specify otherwise we can setup your server earlier, although we cannot setup any servers earlier than 17:01 BST Monday 24th October 2011.

I think i'll mail in and get them to setup ours on the 27th rather than the 28th. thoughts?

Yeah i've already mentioned i'd chip in, but the main thing we need is everyone playing on the server as much as possible, especially to begin with to try and populate and get people coming back. Once you get an active server going, nothing beats it. I do miss our little D2 CSS server :<

from experience on the beta servers filled pretty quickly. Wonder if it'll be like that on release.
