Things ain't looking good. I didn't get online on Monday as I was told, on Tuesday I got a text message from BT saying that the internet will be activated on 3rd October, on Wednesday I got a reminder and on Friday the 3rd...well I got a confirmation in the morning that it is online but I was just leaving to go to work but I checked the HomeHub...
Oh what a surprise.. it wasn't online. This morning I got a nice letter from BT with 170 pound bill for cancellation fee >_> I was like WTF. I was right on the phone to BT. The lady explained because I moved it automatically gets canceled at my previous address and renewed at my new home. She said it was a computer error, but if I hadn't of phoned up they would of happily kept that nice sum.
As to my internet she said, there will continue to be a delay on getting me online.
So here I am still stuck with 56k mobile modem =(
