Virgin is available in my area and I can sign up for any package. A lot of people I know in L'pool have the 20MB package and get 2Mbps download all day long except when they get capped then it goes to 500Kbps.

I have had to send another complaint to BT. I actually thought that my internet will be activated when I get home but I was a fool to believe that and oh well you guessed it...it was still offline. Easy money for BT, not having to provide a service but they wont get away with it that easy. So, unfortunately for me I am still offline until we see a pig fly.
