tinted windows are illegal on the Front 2 and windscreen.

Also that sucks James =( hope the insurance etc covers costs.

Also the fact that the UK has 2% of the worlds population and 20% of the CCTV cameras seems to make sod all difference to this sort of stuff ;_;

I think its also a european law on road safety, there is a certain limit on window tint. Drivers are putting others in danger because they cannot see the road properly. Imagine what it will be like at night, you will not see a thing. But either way random has a point and its another reason I won't get tints, it will make the car more attractive to these dick heads.

I would prefer to move back to Germany but you get this kind of problem everywhere.

Really nice, used to drive a Golf Vr6 (non syncro wich is booring) with about 300 HP in it. =)

Its too expensive to drive a VR6 in UK, it costs 400 pound in tax for the R32 which is on the drive way now =(. I don't think it will be back on the road for a while as tax is going up again next year. But I would of loved to drive that, I may get one if there is a sign the tax goes down as they are pretty cheap at the moment.

wow. i understand you.. but with that price i would have used it since in sweden they are abit stupid couse when your under 25 you have to pay about 3 times your price and if you are above 25 its like half your price on the tax. Really anoying and stupid if you ask me..

But maybe your out on sneaky tours in it at night when no one is watching..xD
