I think the majority of machines are like that or medium powered prefabs from the past 5 years.

Yeah the most common GPU's are old low to mid performance models.
But the subset of FPS gamers that have mid to high range cards would probably not be anything like that list when it comes to hardware.

As much as I wanted too annihlate and abuse consolers this is a good change. Valve really making a huge effort on CSGO now it seems.

Shove these in your config:

Viewmodel_fov 65
viewmodel_offset_x 1.5
viewmodel_offset_y 2
viewmodel_offset_z -1.5
cl_bob_lower_amt 12
cl_viewmodel_shift_right_amt 0.45

Really helps make it feel a lot more like counterstrike.

Turn off Vsync and mouse accel too.
