One question: why not go triple channel ? Isn't it ... better ? :) i7-2600k doesn't support triple channel. only the 1366 chipset supports it and the i7-2600k goes with the 1155 chipset..

Pretty much what I'm going for CPU & motherboard wise. Haven't decided on RAM or GPU yet either. Probably 2 SLI'd 580's of some variety.

Can get away with keeping everything else as the case I have is awesssssooooomeeee and already have a SSD HDD.

Maybe get a cheeky wee 3Tb storage drive though, almost out of space on the rest of these.

Been eyeing up a 3DTV too....... We'll see whether the PC or that takes priority.

PC Bought! I decided to push the boat out and go for the top end mobo, 16GB RAM and the higher end PSU, purely because its something less I need to upgrade down the line. Just a graphics card to buy and am jamming.

Its hilarious on Scan.co.uk, just about every decent GFX card is on Pre-order.

BF3 is going to give a lot of computing/electronic companies a good xmas this year.
