im using the ms habu, its pretty good, bit bulky mind you, but it goes with my g15 so im not fussed =P

Yeah I was pretty much of the opinion they sucked, however I'm planning on getting a studio flat when I graduate in a month or two and hooking up a 48" tv to my pc and basically using it as a media centre in the living room; so it would be useful to be able to change volume/fast forward etc while not sitting at the desk, i.e. essentially using a wireless mouse as a remote control rather than buying one of these tacky media remote controls as well as a mouse.

i have a system like that in my living room; therefore having a wireless mouse with a good range is necessary (sometimes it loses reception/connection).
