Why are you this spec? Why have you Geared/Gemmed/Enchanted in a particular way? Explain?
I have try some diffrent and atm I pref to play this specc.
I dont have the best gems and enchants on my gear atm (most 232 ilvl) but Im going to enchant the best and gem the best when I start to get 245 ilvl+

What would your normal rotation be on a raid boss fight to gain optimal DPS / Effective Healing / Threat generation?
FF > IS > MF > Wrath till Eclipse > Starfire under the eclipse and the CD. Something like that and keep IS MF up so much as I can and Starfall when its rdy. Get up the Treants when they are rdy.

Cheap gems, lack of enchants, gear is a bit low now that we're going for 25 man tbh.

Fact your not 18 is an issue.

You are still gearing up as you mentioned and your gear shows it - not really a major issue - But I feel your application doesn't show us any potential what so ever that you could be good addition to the guild when gear does actually comes your way.
