spoke with Dimonique about the guild. I expect a focused raid when we are aiming for serious trys and no ninjaafking that makes u w8 30 min between pulls. But also i look for a friendly and social guild to have some laughts with,

Why are you this spec? Why have you Geared/Gemmed/Enchanted in a particular way? Explain?
Its max TPS/avoidance I am trying to keep my exp/hit at a best lvl as possible while gemming for stamina and always best gems and enchants.
What would your normal rotation be on a raid boss fight to gain optimal DPS / Effective Healing / Threat generation?
keep up glyph of blocking(shield slam) and revenge is prio, bossfights you can almost always use heroic strike all the time while dev/rev/SS etc. Shieldblock shieldwall laststand is situational.
What guild were/are you in previously/currently? Reasons for Leaving?
This is a kinda new char havnt really been in any other guilds yet, on my other chars i have been in some friendsguild.
Prior raiding experience? (WOLTK only)
I have raided everything atm upto icc, did naxx40 @ lvl 60 10 bosses all tbc inc sunwell, cleared yogg etc in april 25man on warlock. done some easy toc10/25 and done some icc10 on my rogue.
