pretty much. i feel sick if i eat right away so normally fuck about checking emails etc for an hour then have a shower then get breakie

But, from the looks of it, its pretty dark around you. The only light that is there is from your computer. Meaning also that its around a time when its still dark out, or the curtains are closed.
It may get hot during the night, but if you close your curtains, and open the window, it should give you enough air to feel cooled, and still make sure the sun doesn't shine on you and heat you up.

And I base this on the fact that I am bored... and wanted to play detective.

i had my lights on and curtains shut, window was wide open and fan was probably on also.
